Where are you located?
We have three great locations to serve your storage needs. Pride Storage Solutions is in Scarborough, ME at 226 Gorham Rd and a NEW second location NOW open at 192 Innovation Way at The Downs. What security features do you offer?
Each facility is fully fenced and gated with a keypad entry. We also have video surveillance. All of our units are also equipped with our NOKĒ Smart Entry Lock system, which makes storing with us safe, secure, and convenient.
Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
What neighborhoods do you serve?
Pride Storage Solutions has three convenient locations to meet storage needs throughout Scarborough, ME Buxton, ME, and neighboring communities. Check out our Locations page to see which location is closest to you.
Do you have drive-up access?
Absolutely. All of our units, both temperature controlled and standard, are conveniently located on the ground floor with drive-up access. No elevators or stairs on site!
Are temperature-controlled units available?
Yes, head to our Unit Prices page to check availability and sizes of our temperature-controlled units. All our temperature controlled units are First Floor/Ground Level for easy access!
What types of storage do you have?
We have units for Everyone! We have the perfect units for residential and commercial storage and for apartment and homeowners, people on the move, students, professionals, military members, business owners, and a wide range of units to accommodate vehicles small and large.
When can I access my unit?
You can access the facility and your unit 24/7 using the NOKĒ smartphone app.
Do you have contract-free rentals?
We sure do. You can rent or reserve a unit right from our website. And our NOKĒ Smart Entry Lock system lets you access your unit using an app on your phone.
When can I move in?
You can start renting today at our 226 Gorham Rd and 192 Innovation Way location in Scarborough and at our 14 Tory Hill Drive location in Buxton, or you can move in convenientlly online. Contact Us to get started.
How much notice is required prior to moving out?
We require a minimum of 5 days verbal or written notice prior to moving out.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay. We accept all major credit cards and ACH payments.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID. If you are moving in online, you will still need to provide a photo of your drivers license to us via email.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
What temperature do you keep the indoor units at?
The temperature range for temperature controlled units is 58F to 78F.
Is your facility manned?
Our 226 Gorham Rd location and Pride Storage Solutions of Buxton are unmanned. Our facility at 192 Innovation Way is staffed Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 11am to 3pm.
